In the weeks, months and years to come, the vision of TalesoftheCork is to interview winemakers, wine merchants and chefs from across the Central Valley, Central Coast, Napa Valley and the Sierra Nevada Foothill regions. The goal is listen to and retell stories that remain untold. While I am very interested in the region’s wine and food, I want readers to get-to-know these passionate, creative folks, and their important relationships, including tales of struggle and triumph.
