In the weeks, months and years to come, the vision of TalesoftheCork is to interview winemakers, wine merchants and chefs from across the Burgundy’s five appellations. However, the initial concentration will be on the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.
The goal is listen to and retell stories that remain untold. While I am very interested in Burgundy’s wine and food, I want readers to get-to-know the region’s passionate, creative folks, and their important relationships, including tales of struggle and triumph.
